How to Make Belly Buster Muffin Sandwich
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1 large egg and 2 tablespoons of milk.
- In a large, nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine over medium heat.
- Add 2 ounces of thinly sliced ham to one side of the skillet. Pour the egg mixture into the other side of the skillet, keeping the egg and ham separate.
- Cook the egg until set, flipping the ham every 2-3 minutes. Cook the ham until heated through and slightly crispy.
