How to Make Berry Delicious Fruit Crepes

  1. Whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp salt in a medium bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 1/4 cups milk, 2 large eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms. The batter should be thin, like pancake batter.
  4. Heat a 6-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the hot skillet and immediately tilt to spread the batter evenly into a thin circle.
