How to Make Biggest Loser Veggie Tuna Wraps

  1. Steam broccoli florets for 1 minute, or until crisp-tender.
  2. Immediately drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  3. Pat broccoli dry with paper towels and chop finely.
  4. In a medium bowl, gently combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, red onion, celery, broccoli, salt, and pepper.
  5. Lay a tortilla flat on a plate.
