How to Make Cheeseburger Meatloaf For Lactose Intolerant Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Thaw 1.5 lbs ground beef completely and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1 tsp sage, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp adobo seasoning, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp salt. Mix well.
- Gently mix in 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 8 oz soy cheese (crumbled), and 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion. Divide the mixture in half.
- Shape each half into a loaf and place them side-by-side in a medium-sized lasagna pan.
- Use your fingers to create a small opening on top of each loaf. Sprinkle 2 cloves minced garlic over each loaf. Drizzle 1/2 tbsp olive oil over each loaf and gently close the openings.
