How to Make Frozen Chicken In The Crock Pot
- Spray the inside of your crock-pot with cooking spray.
- Rinse the frozen chicken thoroughly and place it directly into the crock-pot.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of chicken gravy, 1/2 cup of water, and 1/4 cup of dry white wine.
- Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Cook on low for approximately 6 hours.
- Add 1 pound of carrots (chopped) and 1 medium onion (chopped) about 1 1/2 hours before the cooking time is complete.
- Once the cooking time is finished, carefully remove the chicken from the crock-pot and let it rest on a cutting board for at least 15 minutes before carving.
- Remove the carrots and onions from the cooking liquid.
- Strain the cooking liquid to remove any solids. Thicken the gravy to your desired consistency using a cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water) or your preferred thickening method.
- Serve your delicious crock-pot chicken with mashed potatoes and a tossed salad. Enjoy!

Elevate your dish with simple flavor boosters! A final flourish of freshly chopped herbs can add incredible brightness, while a squeeze of lemon or lime juice right before serving can awaken all the flavors. Don't underestimate a sprinkle of quality finishing salt or a drizzle of good olive oil to make your creation shine.
