How to Make Frozen Chicken In The Crock Pot

  1. Spray the inside of your crock-pot with cooking spray.
  2. Rinse the frozen chicken thoroughly and place it directly into the crock-pot.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of chicken gravy, 1/2 cup of water, and 1/4 cup of dry white wine.
  4. Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Cook on low for approximately 6 hours.
  6. Add 1 pound of carrots (chopped) and 1 medium onion (chopped) about 1 1/2 hours before the cooking time is complete.
  7. Once the cooking time is finished, carefully remove the chicken from the crock-pot and let it rest on a cutting board for at least 15 minutes before carving.
  8. Remove the carrots and onions from the cooking liquid.
