  2. Stir in 24 oz jar of spaghetti sauce, 8 oz sliced mushrooms, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried basil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook 1 lb spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat 8 oz softened cream cheese until creamy. Stir in 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a deep 11x14 inch baking dish with 2 tbsp butter.
  7. Layer half of the cooked spaghetti in the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the meat sauce, followed by half of the cheese mixture.
  8. Repeat layers with remaining spaghetti, meat sauce, and cheese mixture.
  9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
