- 1 medium head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 lb parsnips, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter

How to Make A No Recipe Baked Mashed Parsnips Onion Cauliflower
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and chop 1 lb parsnips, 1 medium onion, and 1 medium head of cauliflower into roughly 1-inch pieces.
- In a large pot, boil the parsnips, onion, and cauliflower until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
- Drain well and return the vegetables to the pot.
- Add 4 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 cloves minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mash with a potato masher until desired consistency is reached (some chunks are okay!).
- Transfer the mash to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, and 2 tbsp melted butter.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the mashed vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
