How to Make Apple Honey Dutch Baby
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Place 2 tablespoons butter in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet. Heat in the preheated oven for 3-4 minutes, or until melted and the butter coats the bottom and sides of the pan.
- Pour batter into the hot skillet.
- Bake for 16-20 minutes, or until the edges are puffed and lightly golden brown.
- While the Dutch Baby bakes, prepare the apple filling:
- In a medium saucepan, sauté 2 medium apples (peeled, cored, and thinly sliced) in 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat until lightly browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom.
