How to Make Applebee S Classic Patty Melt Copycat

  1. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Season both sides of each beef patty generously with the garlic salt and pepper mixture.
  3. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness, or to your desired level of doneness.
