How to Make Artichoke Appetizers

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional). Mix well.

  8. Sprinkle the tops with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
