How to Make Asparagus Ham And Mascarpone Tart
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cut each puff pastry sheet into four equal squares. Lightly score a 2.5cm border around each square, leaving the center for the filling.
- Place the pastry squares on the prepared baking sheets and chill for 15 minutes.
- Melt butter in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
