How to Make Awesome Spaghetti Carbonara W Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shallots and garlic; sauté for 5 minutes, until softened.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve about 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  4. Add mushrooms, prosciutto, and chicken to the skillet. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
