How to Make Banana Friendship Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas. Add 3 large eggs, 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder, 1 cup vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 cups all-purpose flour, and ½ teaspoon salt. Gently mix until just combined.
