How to Make 15 Minute Spaghetti Sauce
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add 1 medium onion, chopped, and 2 cloves garlic, minced, and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional), salt and pepper to taste, and 1 pound pre-cooked hamburger, crumbled.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
