How to Make 7 Alarm Chili

- In a 6-quart crock-pot, layer 1 large chopped onion, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2-3 jalapeños (minced, remove seeds for less heat), 1-2 habaneros (minced, remove seeds for less heat, wear gloves!), 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans (drained and rinsed), 1 (15-ounce) can black beans (drained and rinsed), 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (minced), 28 ounces crushed tomatoes.
- Add seared beef chuck, ground beef, chopped bacon, and hot Italian sausage to the crock-pot.
- In a blender, combine 2 cups beef broth with 1 cup of mole sauce (adjust to your preferred level of mole flavor). Pour over the chili ingredients in the crock-pot.
