- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded or diced

How to Make Addicting Chicken Tetrazzini
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season shredded cooked chicken with salt and pepper.
- Set aside 1/2 cup of the cooked chicken. Reserve the rest in an 8x11 inch casserole dish.
- In the same pan (or a large skillet), melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and mushrooms; sauté until onions are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and sherry (if using). Bring to a simmer.
