  • 1 pound spaghetti

How to Make Amazing Spaghetti With Seafood Sauce

  1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic.
  2. Cook for 6-7 minutes, or until onions are softened.
  3. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until al dente.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, bay leaf, and sugar into the sautéed onions.
