  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage and pepperoni with 2 (24-ounce) jars of your favorite pasta sauce, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 9 large eggs, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup milk.
  5. Layer half of 9 lasagna noodles (oven-ready preferred) in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Pour half of the sausage and sauce mixture over the noodles.
  7. Pour half of the egg mixture over the sauce.
  8. Repeat layers with remaining noodles, sausage mixture, and egg mixture.
  9. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  10. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  11. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Want to unlock deeper, more complex flavors? Try toasting your whole spices before grinding them, or blooming ground spices in a little warm oil to enhance their aroma. Deglazing your pan with a bit of stock, wine, or even water after browning ingredients can capture those tasty caramelized bits, adding richness to your dish.
