- Cook or reheat leftover chicken until warmed through. Dice or shred into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce, roughly chopping 5 cups.
- Dice 1/2 cup of tomatoes and 1/2 cup of bacon, cooking the bacon until crisp and then chopping.
- Hard boil 2 eggs, peel and chop into quarters.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
