How to Make Apple Cabbage Skillet Dinner

  1. Core and shred 2 medium apples (about 2 cups shredded).
  2. In a large skillet, combine the shredded apples with 4 cups shredded green cabbage and 1 medium onion, thinly sliced.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of margarine to the skillet and sauté the apple mixture for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly softened.
