How to Make Asian Mint Pork Tenderloin
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
- Place the 1.5-2 lb pork tenderloin in a large resealable bag.
- Pour the marinade over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it's fully coated.
