  • 1 large Asian pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red radicchio head, thinly sliced

How to Make Asian Pear Salad

  1. Wash and dry all produce. Thinly slice 1 large Asian pear. Halve and thinly slice 1/2 small red radicchio head. Gently tear 5 oz baby greens.
  2. Crumble 2 oz blue cheese and roughly chop 1/4 cup pecans.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced Asian pear, radicchio, baby greens, blue cheese, and pecans.
