How to Make Asian Style Meatballs

  1. Preheat your skillet to medium heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 1 large egg, 1/4 cup finely diced carrots, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
