- 1 lb Italian sausage (or 1 lb ground beef)
- 24 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- Garlic Clove

- Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Ground Black Pepper
- 9-12 lasagna noodles (oven-ready no-boil preferred)
How to Make Awesome Lasagna No Boil Easy
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown 1 lb Italian sausage (or 1 lb ground beef) over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in 24 oz jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce, 1 (28 oz) can of crushed tomatoes, 1 cup of water, 4 cloves minced garlic, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine 15 oz ricotta cheese, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 large eggs, ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley, and salt & pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Spread about 1 cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer 3 uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce over the noodles.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture evenly over the sauce.
- Repeat layers: noodles, sauce, ricotta cheese mixture.
- Top with a final layer of noodles and the remaining meat sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
