How to Make Baked Shrimp With Feta

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine 1 pound shrimp, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Toss gently to coat.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat with cooking spray.
  4. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
