How to Make Beef And Noodles Crock Pot
- In a large bowl, brown the beef cubes in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Set aside.
- In the crock-pot, sauté the onion and carrots in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the browned beef, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the crock-pot.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, bay leaf and dried thyme.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
- Remove the bay leaf before serving.
- Serve the beef and gravy over hot egg noodles or rice. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
