- 250g cooked pasta (any short shape)
- 95% Lean Ground Beef
- Lean Bacon
- 1/2 medium onion (finely chopped)

How to Make Beef And Spinach Pasta Bake
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large skillet, cook 200g beef mince, 50g diced bacon, 1/2 medium onion (finely chopped), and 2 cloves garlic (minced) over medium heat until the meat is browned and the onion is softened.
- Add 100ml red wine, 400g canned chopped tomatoes (with their juice), 1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped), 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp mixed spice, and 1 tsp brown sugar to the skillet.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add 100g fresh spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes, until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in 250g cooked pasta (any short shape).
- Grease a 6-cup ovenproof dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, lightly beat 2 large eggs with 100ml milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the pasta mixture in the prepared dish. Sprinkle with 50g grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is set and golden brown.
