Ingredients for Beef Kabob

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Garlic Clove
  • Vegetable Oil
  • 1.5 lbs beef steak (cubed into 1-inch pieces)
  • Onions
  • Bell Peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Zucchini
  • Mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

How to Make Beef Kabob

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 3 tablespoons olive oil.
  2. Add 1.5 lbs beef steak (cubed into 1-inch pieces) to the marinade. Marinate for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Turn the steak in the marinade every hour to ensure even flavor.
  4. Prepare your vegetable skewers: Thread your favorite vegetables (onions, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes etc.) onto separate skewers.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
  6. Grill beef skewers for approximately 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  7. Grill vegetable skewers separately, adjusting grilling time based on vegetable type (e.g., mushrooms and peppers may need less time than onions).
  8. While grilling vegetables, brush mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of melted butter for extra flavor.
  9. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Elevate your dish with simple flavor boosters! A final flourish of freshly chopped herbs can add incredible brightness, while a squeeze of lemon or lime juice right before serving can awaken all the flavors. Don't underestimate a sprinkle of quality finishing salt or a drizzle of good olive oil to make your creation shine.
