How to Make Swiss Oven Omelet

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a 10-inch ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced red onion and sugar. Cook and stir for 10-12 minutes, or until onions are golden brown and caramelized.
