How to Make 3 Cheese Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mince 2 cloves of garlic.
  3. In a mortar and pestle, coarsely grind 1 teaspoon black peppercorns, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon dried basil, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ground spice mixture; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
