Ingredients for 4 Cheese Lasagna

  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 large eggs
  • Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper
  • Lasagna Noodle
  • Olive Oil
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make 4 Cheese Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer 3-4 lasagna noodles over the meat sauce.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the ricotta mixture.
  8. Top with another layer of noodles and the remaining meat sauce.
  9. Spread the remaining ricotta mixture over the meat sauce.
  10. Layer the remaining noodles on top.
  11. Arrange provolone slices over the top layer of noodles.
  12. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the provolone cheese.
  13. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  14. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the lasagna is heated through.
  15. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving. Enjoy!
