- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 2 large eggs
- Parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
How to Make 4 Cheese Lasagna
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer 3-4 lasagna noodles over the meat sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the ricotta mixture.
- Top with another layer of noodles and the remaining meat sauce.
- Spread the remaining ricotta mixture over the meat sauce.
- Layer the remaining noodles on top.
- Arrange provolone slices over the top layer of noodles.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the provolone cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the lasagna is heated through.
