How to Make Americanized Shepherd S Pie
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and chop 2 lbs potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Add to a large pot and cover with salted water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
