Ingredients for Asian Beef And Noodles

  • Vegetable Oil
  • Top Sirloin Steak
  • Oriental Flavor Instant Ramen Noodles
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Carrot
  • Mushroom
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Ground Ginger
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • Sliced Water Chestnuts
  • Frozen Peas
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced

How to Make Asian Beef And Noodles

  1. Prepare all vegetables: wash, cut and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced sirloin steak and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, combine one packet of Asian stir-fry seasoning with the cooked beef; toss to coat.
  5. Add the broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and red pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are almost tender.
  6. Add the 1/2 cup of water, grated ginger, and the remaining packet of Asian stir-fry seasoning to the skillet.
  7. Stir in the noodles and bring to a boil.
  8. Add the snow peas, water chestnuts, and peas. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until noodles are tender and vegetables are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  9. Add the cooked beef and scallions to the skillet.
  10. Stir to combine and cook for 1 more minute to heat through.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Chef's Tip for Extra Flavor

Chef's secret: layers of flavor make a dish truly memorable! Consider what a little extra something could bring – perhaps a touch of acidity like a good vinegar or citrus zest, a hint of smokiness from paprika, a bit of umami from mushrooms or soy sauce, or a sprinkle of toasted nuts for texture. Experiment and taste as you go!
