How to Make All American Steak Sandwich

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper. Add steak to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
