How to Make All American Steak Sandwich
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper. Add steak to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside. Add potatoes and onions to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and lightly browned (about 8-10 minutes).
