- All Purpose Flour
- Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

How to Make Apple Granola Bread
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the granola cereal, buttermilk, brown sugar, honey, and orange juice concentrate. Let stand for 5 minutes to soften the granola.
- Add the egg whites and vegetable oil to the wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the chopped apple.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the top of the batter with 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
