How to Make Apricot Bars
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.

- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped apricot mixture, 1 cup rolled oats, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ½ cup melted unsalted butter.

- Gradually add 2-4 tablespoons of orange juice, mixing until a thick, sticky batter forms. The amount of orange juice needed will depend on the type of apricots used.
