How to Make Arni Exohiko Surprise Lamb Country Style
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the lamb cubes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly.
