How to Make Asian Style Chicken Ramen Dinner Cole Slaw

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces. Sauté until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
