How to Make Pork And Prawn Stir Fry

  1. Whisk together the sauce ingredients (see below) in a small bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork (300g), garlic (2 cloves, minced), and ginger (1 tbsp, minced). Stir-fry until the pork is browned and almost cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Add the prawns (300g) and chili (1-2 red chilies, finely chopped). Stir-fry until the prawns turn pink (about 2-3 minutes). Push the pork and prawns to the side of the wok.
  4. Crack in the egg (1 large) and stir-fry until it's just set. Then, add the onions (1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced).
  5. Add the bean sprouts (250g) and coriander (2 tbsp, chopped). Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes, until the bean sprouts are tender-crisp and heated through. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately. Garnish with extra coriander if desired.
