How to Make Amazing Cashew Chicken
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, and 1 clove minced garlic.
- Add 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces) to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
- Remove chicken from marinade, reserving the marinade.
- Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
