How to Make Aruba Duba Do Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas. Add the mashed bananas, applesauce, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
