How to Make Forgotten Minestrone
- In a slow cooker, combine 1 lb beef stew meat (cubed), 1 large onion (chopped), 2 carrots (chopped), 2 celery stalks (chopped), 4 cloves garlic (minced), 8 cups beef broth, 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, and 1 teaspoon dried basil.
