How to Make Bbq D Lamb Meatballs With Plums In Tomato Sauce
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground lamb, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, 1 large egg, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Gently mix until just combined; do not overmix.
