How to Make Asian Pork Patties
- Combine ground pork, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch in a large bowl. Gently mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- If using, finely chop the chilies and add them to the pork mixture. Mix well.
- Shape the pork mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter and ½ inch thick.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Adjust cooking time depending on the thickness of the patties.
