How to Make Awesomest Chili Ever

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown 2 lbs of venison (or beef) stew meat over medium-high heat. Remove meat and set aside.
  2. Add 1 large onion, chopped, and 2 cloves garlic, minced, to the pot and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 red bell pepper, chopped, and 1 green bell pepper, chopped, and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Return the meat to the pot.   5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for at least 4 hours, or up to 6 hours for a deeper, richer flavor. Stir occasionally.
